Road to California

Fort Smith, Arkansas

Yesterday we left a beautiful town Fort Smith, Arkansas that for  two years we called our home and headed to Seattle, Washington. So far we traveled 1,234 miles (1,985 km), reaching California. Here are some photos from the road trip. Teenager was happy to get hold of the camera and made hundreds of photos while I was driving.

  7. Arkansas to California. Now that's a road trip. Looks like you had good weather all of the way and that's great. You must have seen some beautiful open country along the way.I've driven out West a couple times but always took more northerly routes. One of these days I'd love to take the southern route through the desert southwest, as you just did. I'll consider you my trail blazer, Marina. :)
